The Guardians of Lick Creek, are sueing Rusty Parker and Cypress Ranch Limited for their negligence which has led to massive degradation of Lick Creek. Their uncaring ravaging of the land, without taking even the most basic of protective measures have polluted an environmental treasure.

We feel that we have an excellent case and will most likely win this lawsuit. But even good arguments for good causes cost goodly amounts of money.

We have engaged the best environmental attorneys and technical experts, good folks all, who must be paid. Our lawyers have estimated a cost of $100,000 to take this battle to victory. We are well on our way but still a long way from raising what we need.
