Tomorrow's hearing will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Federal Courthouse, 200 West 8th Street.

The hearing will be before Judge Austin, Federal Magistrate, on behalf of Judge Yeakel. Apparently this
is routine procedure. He can rule on lesser aspects of the case but make recommendations to Judge Yeakel.

Meter parking is on adjacent streets so carpool or bring change for the meter!

We should have a pretty good turnout. Thanks to everyone who can make it.
