LCRA FINES WEST CYPRESS HILLS DEVELOPER FOR LICK CREEK POLLUTION

A relatively rare $5,000 fine has been imposed on Rusty Parker for yet another major spill from his development's dam. Read more about it in the October 6, 2004 article in the Austin American Statesman. Which can be found on our Press page.

LCRA APPROVED HPR WATER LINE

Tuesday, December 7, 2004 (today), the LCRA Board of Directors met at the Terrace Club, (a few miles east of Dripping Springs) and voted, despite much public testimony to the contrary, to approve the Hamilton Pool Road water line extension.
